About the Author

Yvonne Postma grew up in Saudi Arabia, where she first learned English, and now, as a fluent Dutch-English bilingual, she prefers writing and reading in English. Originally from the Netherlands, she currently lives in Dubai, teaching music to primary-aged children at a British school. Yvonne enjoys writing stories for young teens and young adults that explore everyday topics like friendship, bullying, and the dreams and challenges young people face.

In her free time, Yvonne immerses herself in creative pursuits, from photography and arts and crafts to cooking and gardening. You might also find her with a good book, lounging by the beach, pool, or relaxing in her garden with her two cats, Flo and Yuna. During the summer holidays, she loves to travel and reconnect with family and friends, often returning to the Netherlands and other parts of Europe.
